Shamlee is a finance leader with a proven track record of formulating and delivering financial strategy for a range of Australian and multi-national business organisations. He has held several executive leadership roles and is passionate about process improvement, business partnering and mentoring / leading high-performance teams. He has completed MBA (Finance Special) at the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Management) from the University of Colombo. Shamlee is also a member of CPA Australia and Member of CIMA UK. He is also a Six-Sigma Green Belt. Shamlee has very broad skills and expertise in Management Accounting / Financial Accounting / Statutory Reporting / Compliance / Internal Controls / Strategic Risk Management / Project Management / System Implementation / Process Improvement and Financial Modelling.
